Industrial Hemp Still Illegal to Cultivate in Maryland

In this episode, Paul discusses the current situation for the production of industrial hemp in Maryland.  Currently, the General Assembly has directed the Maryland Department of Agriculture to develop a pilot program for research cultivation by an institution of higher education.
