Episode 3: Look at Final Rule Changes to Common Crop Insurance Policy

In late June, USDA’s Risk Management Agency (RMA)  announced changes to the Common Crop Insurance Policy to clarify “practicability to replant” and clarify recordkeeping issues associated with indemnity payments in a double-cropping system.  At the same time, RMA is seeking comment on these changes by the public.  The public will have until August 22, 2016 to make comments.
